EUROCUP PROGRAMME - Changes still possible but this is how it should be!
Day 1 Thursday 27th
Registration and check in from approximately 1pm. For earlier check ins please contact us.
4-6pm Guided tours of Museo di Usi e Costumi della Gente Trentina and/or The San Michele winery. The museum is a historical museum of local culture housed in a very special ancient monastery. It is fun for all ages.
The tours are in German, English or Italian. 25 people per tour. There is no cost but numbers are limited so please sign up before or as you register. Tours last approximately half an hour.
6pm Opening ceremony and a welcome drink in monastery courtyard
8pm self -service dinner at the venue
Practice time
Day 2 Friday 28th
7.00-9.00 Breakfast
9.00-10.00 First round of Doubles and first round of Team event
10.15 -11.15 round 2
11.30-12.30 round 3
12.30- 14.00 Lunch
14.00- 15.00 round 4
15.15-16.15 round 5
16.30-17.30 round 6
17.45-18.45 round 7
19.00-20.30 Final of Doubles event
19.30-21.00 self -service dinner at the venue
Day 3 Saturday 29th

9.00-10.00 First round of Singles event

Dear All,
We have just realised that in the prospectus we did not put anything about cancellations, refunds etc.
Unfortunately as all of you who have organized Eurocups know, we have already had to pay for a lot of things in advance so from now we will not be able to refund full entry fees to players who cannot come. We will however try our best to find a replacement player and refund at least some of the money. After 15th July we will not be able to give any refund. Sorry for announcing this so late but I hope you will understand. And please pass the message on. |
